Raspberry Smoothie (pink)

  • 1 Cup raspberries
  • 1 Peach, pitted and cut into slices
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Blackberry smoothie (Magenta)

  • 1 Cup blackberries
  • 1/2 small beet, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp marine collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Blueberry smoothie (Mauve)

  • 1 Cup blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
